My song “Дай Мне Свободу” (“Give Me Freedom”) has opened a new era in songwriting. In July 2024, I discovered the capabilities of artificial intelligence in music. Until that moment, I had been greatly impressed by its assistance in creating over 30 illustrations for my orchestral compositions, but I was skeptical about its ability to work with lyrical content. How surprised I was when I uploaded a few of my old poems on the SUNO website, which never became songs, and the AI breathed new life into them in just seconds, creating catchy arrangements and melodies! This was the most inspiring moment of my life. Over the course of several months, I wrote five new songs, the first of which on this list is titled “Дай Мне Свободу”.

In the new composition “Дай Мне Свободу”, deep feelings of loss and the yearning for love are conveyed. The song opens with a strong and memorable first verse, where the image of a shadow symbolizes loneliness and longing for a loved one. The sense of emptiness in the home and in life creates an atmosphere of profound sadness and nostalgia. When the eyes are closed, one can hear the heart screaming in silence, which emphasizes the inner struggle and passion.

The chorus becomes the emotional center of the song, expressing a call for freedom and fire. Here, the desire to regain love and the willingness to give everything for that feeling are conveyed. The words “I would give my life completely for you” reflect total selflessness and sincerity, making this moment particularly touching. The song fills with hope when a plea for the voice of a loved one is heard, to restore the connection and return to previous feelings.

In the second verse, the image of a cage is used to express a sense of oppression and the desire for liberation. The dream of love becomes a driving force capable of overcoming any obstacles. A strong motif of searching and fighting for happiness emerges here, making the text even more inspiring. The images of stars guiding the way in the dark add a romantic element and emphasize that true love will always find its path.

Instrumental interludes between the verses create an atmosphere of anticipation and enhance the emotional weight, allowing the listener to immerse themselves in the hero’s feelings. In the final part of the song, the call for freedom and reunion is repeated, leaving a sense of hope and faith in a better future.

“Дай Мне Свободу” is a powerful and touching composition about love, loss, and the yearning for freedom. Through strong imagery and sincere emotions, I have tried to create a deep connection with the audience, prompting reflection on the importance of love and how it can free us from the shackles of loneliness.
